    Just went in on behalf of serenity springs salon and spa and Delo Beauty Co. in Colorado Springs to pick up some necessary things that our salon needed but I was up in Denver. I had a basket full of items, our saloncentric card ready to scan. I have also been in this location twice before with no issues. Right away they didn’t like that I was using the salon’s id from my phone (since it’s all I had) and I already felt like they didn’t like a young girl picking things up. They took my basket from me since I didn’t have our salon owners ID on hand (she’s a busy woman, she doesn’t have time to shop for salon things!!) and I watched as they started putting things back on the shelf like our salon wasn’t a salon centric customer for the last 25 years!!! I even got the owner on the phone and they continued to be rude and not understanding. I ended up doing an online order through the app to the south Broadway location and they were so nice and treated me like the paying clients we are. Manager - Kelly and another woman who I guess had been employed there for 29 years? Anyway. I’m also sending this to the main company emails to make sure this behavior does not happen again.

    Is my personal opinion that the employee that was there had an attitude with me because I was asking questions and also because I’m Latina from Puerto Rico. When another customer came to the Register who was also a customer of the business before this one, the employee explained everything and also giver her email to create the account. But she didn’t do it for me. Sad they lost my business and posible my friends who mostly speak Spanish.
