  Horrofic!!!! I love sephora i love these store i have never had a problem, staff is super welcoming and helpful, that being said OMG!!! Sat 7th 2026 i went in with my daughter to look for counceler for her she is 17 her first time wearing makeup , we get greeted by a lovely lady but i wish she had leave it at the greeting, she was pushy, she tought i was happy with her suggestions far from it, she is not a good listener she was very rough when applying counceler on my daughter undereye area but the one thing i was not okay with was with her smearing applying or whatever using her dirty dry fingers to apply the product on her delicate face. She stole my moment with my daughter she needs to stay at the register or the door greeting people. Please dont touch peoples face with your bare hands and when we told her the fisrt time we were ok on our own, she still didnt take the hint, the second time when we told her we were not buying her recommend products she became more pushy. Proud of my daughter for speaking up and saying thank you but its not going to work out she finally left us alone. Update my daughter woke up with irritaded eyes and a pimple i kid you not my daughter skin is flawless i blame her dirty germy hands. I will probably be back to this location and i hope to not run into this lady ever again.

  Came here to exchange a product I bought from another store that contained the wrong shade. The cashier kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation and before I could even mention that there was a wrong shade in the box she said in a very rude, dry way “ok enter your number. Which is the one you don’t want” and after I pointed it out and typed in my phone number she goes “ok you’re set” so I FINALLY got to explain that there was a wrong shade in there and she just said “oh.” I hate leaving bad reviews but every time I come here, I have a weird interaction.
