But I was traveling for work and needed to make a quick stop...I'm giving it two stars because this location did have everything out and in stock that I needed which was great. But when it was time to check out the employee Genevieve was very unkind and mildly rude. I have had the same phone number for over 12 years, and 4 tries she kept saying they couldn't find my phone number so ID and everything she was finally able to ring me out. But instead of offering any answers as to why my account wasn't pulling up she just kept hounding download the app you can do that yourself in the app, I don't know if you had the app there's a barcode. I wish she would have taken 5 minutes to troubleshoot why their system compared to the other store wasn't pulling my license up. I just miss when employees had to help and actually have good customer service I hate having apps for everything when I would personally just rather shop in person. I won't be back to this location.
