  I had an appointment at 11 am. After 20 minutes of waiting, I left because my stylist never showed up. One of the stylists there went looking for her and told me she was aware of me waiting. They did not offer an apology or tell me she would be with me soon. Edit: JCP said they could help me if I reached out to them with the number they posted on here. I called that number, and they said they couldn't do anything.

  This was the first time using this salon…. Jackie was very knowledgeable and professional…. She advised me on some issues with my hair and suggested some things to do to combat the problems I was having…. She made me feel beautiful even if my hair was a hot mess dried out split ends etc…… she color and treated my hair along with styling it into a look which compliments my facial structure….. she also waxed my eyebrows….. she really spent great deal of time with me and even stayed late to make sure I had a great haircut and style…. Definitely worth going too…. Just make sure to call ahead and make an appointment if you have lots to do with your hair…. Very impressed with the outcome especially since it was my first visit…. Great conversation also…. Best $$ spent in a while…. Very attentive to details….

  This review is for the SALON, not the store. I arrived her for a haircut and Brandi was the person to do so. I showed her the cut I wanted and while looking and my hair begin telling me that it desperately needed to be colored because my previous pink highlights has bled into other strands of hair making it look sloppy. I told I just wanted the cut but she kept commenting on my hair which made me self conscious so I agreed to color it and asked for a nice golden color. She said that wouldn't work and selected a dark brown instead and said I can come back every few weeks to lighten it. I didn't catch it at first but now I realize she scammed me to try and put guaranteed money in her pocket by dying my hair dark and slowly lightening it. Anyway, I allowed her to color and cut it and then left with my new color washing out almost as fast! Within 2 weeks my brown color had significantly faded and looked more muted and messy than before. I've box dyed my hair before and never had the issue I had with the dye she used. I definitely won't be returning here and would advise others to avoid it as well. I get that they need to make money but continously remarking about someone's hair to pressure them into spending more and then doing exactly opposite of what was asked isn't the right way to go about it.
