- LGLaci Gilhousen5 days ago1.0Went in for a trim and layers. Got a face frame. 🤦🏼♀️ When mentioned to Lana she told me I can’t see the layers because I have too much hair. Then I told her again that I wanted layers she said fine but it will look stringy. 🙄 Contradicting herself. She did a couple chops told me to comb my hair and look in the mirror I was so over her lack of pride and interest in doing her job I got up from my chair and paid even though it wasn’t worth it. Now I’m gonna have to pay someone else to fix it. Guess I’ll have to start going elsewhere.
- BCBlair CooperMar 8, 20261.0The contrast between the rest of the staff and Ms. Lana is shocking. While everyone else goes the extra mile, she seems to resent doing her job. I was treated to 'I guess' in response to simple requests, a lazy hair wash, and a half-hearted blow-dry that left my hair wet. Even after pointing out the dampness, she didn't bother to fix it. This cut is unacceptable because it is technically unfinished. There is a harsh, unblended "shelf" where the layers should melt together, and the perimeter is jagged and completely uneven. Because Ms. Lana refused to dry my hair, she skipped the critical dry cross-check, essentially charging me for a finished service while leaving me with an unpolished "rough cut" that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly, a stain on an otherwise great salon.
