What I don’t understand is the rudeness of an employee (I believe it was the manager) and the little to no explanation when asked a question. I was first told that I bought my product at a Kohl’s Sephora, come to find out I did not. She looked at the my most recent receipt on my account and made the assumption. This was after I drove to Kohl’s and decided to come back and explain to her what I learned about my purchase. I can go on although I rather not waste my time since I was made to feel like I was wasting theirs. I want to know if the woman with blonde hair and tattoos is the manager, and if she is, remember kindness is key.
