The cashier kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation and before I could even mention that there was a wrong shade in the box she said in a very rude, dry way “ok enter your number. Which is the one you don’t want” and after I pointed it out and typed in my phone number she goes “ok you’re set” so I FINALLY got to explain that there was a wrong shade in there and she just said “oh.” I hate leaving bad reviews but every time I come here, I have a weird interaction.

So the employee called her Manager who is very rude and condescending Proceeded to tell me that they don’t give gift receipts, and I said well I would like something that shows the amount. She ended up printing something else and said easy Peezy, and we don’t do receipts Not. Nice at all she could do better. Her name is Alex.

I saw her even answer her coworkers with an attitude as well. I get it’s Black Friday but why couldn’t she have wore makeup too and at least seemed like she wanted to be there. Definitely needs better customer service to customers and treat others coworkers with respect.
