- MMMakaylaNov 15, 20255.0I went to Sephora on 11/12 and had the best experience with their employee Arlette. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. I have very little experience with makeup and had no idea what products to use, but she walked me through every step of a full-face routine. She explained everything clearly, helped me find products that fit my needs, and gave me some helpful tricks for when I start using them at home. Arlette made me feel completely comfortable and never once made me feel like I was a bother. She turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into such a positive and enjoyable experience. I’m so grateful for her help—she truly went above and beyond.
