- CLCandace LaveJan 3, 20262.0I normally like to come to this Sephora because it is closer to me and it’s always stocked for the things I need. But, the staff is always sooo rude! I walk around the whole store with the employees talking to each other on the side and don’t even check on me if I need help finding anything or even a greet, and when I check out they always ask if someone helped me and my response is always a NO and no apology about or a again a response so what’s the point of asking if they don’t change it. They’re just not a friendly staff whatsoever so I just order online and do a pick up to avoid the staff.

I have very little experience with makeup and had no idea what products to use, but she walked me through every step of a full-face routine. She explained everything clearly, helped me find products that fit my needs, and gave me some helpful tricks for when I start using them at home. Arlette made me feel completely comfortable and never once made me feel like I was a bother. She turned what could’ve been a stressful visit into such a positive and enjoyable experience. I’m so grateful for her help—she truly went above and beyond.
