They were incredibly gracious, welcoming, and genuinely great to talk to. Emma gave me tips specific to my hair situation and made my hair look A-W-E-S-O-M-E. I usually don’t go to places like Great Clips — I’m a bit snobbish and tend to go to Floyd’s Barbershop — but after this experience, I will absolutely be back, and Emma will be the only person touching my hair. Samantha was just as amazing. I’ve been dealing with scalp issues, and she had tons of helpful tips, recommendations, and insight that honestly put my mind at ease. Before, all I could see in the mirror was the problem — now I see much more than that because of these two. This service was nothing short of incredible

I told her that I wanted a mullet cut and she said that that was for men. I also asked her if she recommended one style over another due to past bleach damage, so I showed her both and she mumbled under her breath for me to make up my mind. Additionally, when I asked her to clean up my undercut, I asked if there was a trim size 1.5. She then didn't answer and said she'd do a 3. I told her no, she will do a 2. To that, she said "Don't come back if it's an issue." She said something similar about my bangs as well. However at the end, she wanted me to come back. The haircut looks nice, but the service was subpar.
