  This was hands down the best set of nails I’ve ever had! An absolutely nailed my vision and brought it to life even better than I imagined. This was my first time here, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The attention to detail, creativity, and overall execution were top-tier. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I loved the final result. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Nikkie! From the moment you sit in her chair, you know you’re in the best hands. She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. My nails have never looked better. I constantly get compliments! Beyond her skills, Nikkie creates such a welcoming and relaxing experience. She listens to exactly what you want, offers great suggestions, and somehow always makes the final result even better than I imagined. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who delivers flawless nails every single time, Nikkie is your girl.   Very, very beautiful place. Very nice staff. However, I went there to get acrylic nails. But the nail tech sweet talked me into getting gelX nails. I didn’t know that they were the same as Press on nails with gel painted over them. I’ve done these myself at home & cured them at home. I didn’t know that they were called gel X I was charged just under $100 for this. I am not happy. I should’ve said something when she got the press on nails out. She didn’t even tell me how much it was. I should’ve asked her. I feel like I totally got scammed. If I’ve ever want to get them done, I will go to my usual place. Lesson learned.

  I needed a last-minute nail appointment and to appointment so I went in. I asked for a French tip with a small design and one sparkle on each nail in the center. It was $236 out the door for both of my toes and my nails it was way too expensive and all my nails look, lopsided and bumpy and funny. I do not personally recommend this place. Everyone had a great customer service and they do give you free drinks, but it is incredibly expensive, especially for the quality of nails that I left with. I had to come home and file them down myself so they look a little bit better now, but they’re very bumpy.

  I’m a frequent customer at Milano, and unfortunately my most recent experience was very disappointing. The woman who did my pedicure did a great job on my toes, but I was very uncomfortable with how she treated me. She was rude and was talking about my bad toenail to the lady next to her, which I did not appreciate at all. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. My sister also came with me that same day to get her nails done, and her experience was just as upsetting. The lady doing her nails seemed to be in a rush because her next appointment had already arrived and was waiting for her. Because of that, she rushed through my sister’s set, and the final result did not look good at all. Her nails were uneven, and her cuticles were cut up. The front desk staff even asked the nail technician if she wanted someone else to start on her next client, but she kept saying no and continued rushing through my sister’s nails. We come to this salon all the time, but recently the service has become sloppy and rushed. It’s really disappointing because we used to enjoy coming here. I’m honestly sad about this experience and not sure if I will be coming back.
