  I have been going to Milano for a year or so now and have always had wonderful experiences! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, and it’s an efficient process so I rarely have to wait to be helped. I generally walk in rather than book ahead and have always walked away happy with the service. I would absolutely recommend Milano to anyone who asks!

  My first visit to Milano Walnut Creek. I was in need of a manicure and pedicure and my daughter suggested I try Milano versus my normal nail salon. I made an appointment online and the service was great. If you’re considering a new nail and spa, I’d recommend giving them a try. Very friendly and customer oriented.

  I’ve been a couple times but if you want good service you have to spend money. Everytime I got a cheap pedicure & regular polish (60$) my pedicure was rushed some of my nails weren’t fully painted or really shaped. very disappointing cause $60 & a tip still isn’t cheap, but Everytime I spent $90+ on a pedicure my toes were always beautiful.

  My nail tech was An and she did an amazing job she gave me exactly what I wanted. She did a really good job color matching the polish from the picture I had as a reference. I’ve never been more happy with my nails. Everyone was really polite and respectful and the salon it self was very clean and it was such a beautiful place. I would definitely go back here again.

  Went here to do a girls mani/pedi day with my mother and three daughters. My manicure by the tech, Holly was the worst I've ever had. First of all, she was rude, unprofessional, and honestly didn't seem like she wanted to be doing the manicure I'd requested (just a basic Deluxe) and seemed very put off. She was so rough cutting my cuticles that she cut me to bleeding on one finger and left another very sore. Then while filing she was so rough and filing so hard she filed my fingers next to the nail raw. I've never had a more unpleasant and uncomfortable manicure and it looks horrible - she never even used polish remover to remove the nail polish on my fingers. Upon checkout (after spending over $300 for all 5 mani/pedis) I was given $10 off for the fact that she cut my cuticles so bad. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place. Other techs that did my mother's and mine were okay, but wouldn't recommend either - again, poor quality & service and the nails look like I would do them at home. On a positive the three ladies that did my daughter's nails were very kind, sweet and did a nice job on their nails. Still, I would not go back. As for cleanliness, I give a 1 star as well. There was gunk all over the counter behind the pedicure chairs where you would set your stuff, arm chairs and table trays had spills and other stuff on them, and the floor was filthy.
