  Got a manicure with regular polish. I only expect regular polish to last a few days, but less than 12 hours later, every single nail has a chip in it or is peeling up on the sides. One nail took about 3 hours to dry fully after the technician added an extra coat of color and top coat to fix some kind of mistake. That one got smudged hours after I left the salon. This is hands-down the worst manicure I have ever gotten.

  I’ve gone to this salon once before and they did a great job on my nails so I’m very disappointed with my service this time. :( I wasn’t going to write a review but my fingers still hurt since I went in on Saturday. I came in to get a rebase for my gel X tips and chrome polish. The lady doing my nails firstly said the color I wanted was ugly, and kept trying to get me to change it. :( When she was done with them, the nails were lumpy, dented, and not the correct shape. When I went to the front to pay they did offer to remedy this which I took them up on, but they sent me to the same lady who did it in the first place and she seemed less than thrilled, understandably since she had to start over. She preceded to start over three times, saying the color wasn’t working and filed and drilled my nails raw. By the time they finally got someone else to finish, my fingers and nails were bleeding and swollen from being redone so many times. Today they are scabbing up and it still hurts to do anything with my fingers. My nails also chipped immediately after and the shape was still way off. :( They gave me a fifteen dollar discount and a 10% off coupon for next time but I still paid 85 dollars plus tip for nails that are not what I wanted and made my fingers bleed. I don’t want to come back even if they gave me a coupon it just not worth it. For such an expensive nail place I expected better. I’m not going back and if you go do NOT get chrome.

  Everything about this salon is quality. The nail techs do amazing work! When Monica does my nails with gel polish, they usually last three weeks without a chip! (They guarantee 11 days, I think). The pedicures are pampering with lots of choices at different price points, so there’s something for everyone. A final nice touch: they provide yummy mocktails or water/soda to clients during each visit. The best part, though, is that their prices are fair — even a bit less than what I was paying elsewhere for lesser quality. I highly recommend this nail salon!

  I’ve been coming for months and had mainly no problems. But the last couple times? Yea I’m good to never come back. The techs were very rude to my friend the last time we went together deterring her from ever returning. Then this last time I went was just an awful experience. My tech was nice but that was about it. She charges me for 2 nail repairs but half assed one of the repairs. Glued my fingers together and just ripped them apart when she realized (very painful). Kept doing her own thing in my nails despite me asking for the picture exactly and then not even a week in I have a nail she “fixed” break. And all this for OVER 100 DOLLARS?!! Ya no thanks
