- AHAmber HerzogJan 29, 20231.0We have been coming to Four Seasons Vail for 3 years now. We came 2 or 3 times a year. Our group always got a message or facial then headed out to the outdoor hot tub through the doors in the spa lounge for 20 or 30 min.This last time we were told an unapologetic no. Its only for hotel guests.This was extremely disappointed considering we always have and no one was even outside using them. The indoor hottub they have is dated and uninviting. It looks like a spa room for a fancy nursing home. I highly recommend not to come here. Go to the Arrabelle. It is gorgeous and they have a beautiful rooftop hottub.
