- OLolivia liJul 9, 20251.0I’m a long-time customer of CCS and place over a hundred orders each year. Occasionally, issues come up, but most store managers are proactive and handle them well. This time, however, the experience has been deeply frustrating. The manager asked me to file the claim, and ever since UPS officially confirmed the package was lost in transit and would compensate the shipper, she has only made excuses and delayed any action. It’s been over a month, and not once has she taken the initiative to update me on the claim status or what the company is doing to resolve the issue. I paid over $500 for this order plus $7 in shipping fees. The manager keeps shifting the blame to the company—claiming they won't let her file the claim or that she's waiting to hear back from them. Honestly, it makes me seriously question her competence. If a store manager can’t even handle a basic UPS claim, what exactly is she being paid to do? This whole process has been handled with zero accountability. It’s shameful!
