  Since Sephora lost Isela the store has totally went down hill. The Kohl's Manager and his team are bullies they lie and treat employees awful especially Katrina Fountain. Idk how she even got that job. Hopefully the company changes lead team and can be successful!

  I love sephora alot but this store due to their sevice its a trash.On sunday around 6pm to 6:30pm there was 2 ladies in the store 1 was a very young girl another was middle age lady. They never came to us, never ask, if we need help? I ask them for help several times, they werenot sure, replied to come back, never did. While We were around them looking for products they were shitting about customers , giving side eyes, even rolling their eyes. Donot know why they were there if they donot want customers or donot want to sell, they deserve to be fired.

  I love having this store just a few minutes away from my house, but there's one employee in particular who is incredibly rude. The day before Christmas, I stopped in and told her I needed help, and she just told me: Wait a minute. So I patiently stood by the perfume I wanted for over 10 minutes while she simply turned around to talk on the phone, then helped her friend who arrived after me, engaging in a lengthy conversation, and then just ignored me for almost 10 more minutes, until I had to ask another employee for help because she clearly didn't feel like assisting me. I hope I don't have the misfortune of seeing her there again if I ever go back.
