She made my bangs look like I cut them at home. Raggy and not even. I had to even cut some at home that were not touched. She was suppose to thin it out and did not even do that. I was just happy to leave and even more sorry that I tipped her. Would not recommend and strongly encourage others to stay far away.

Suppose you do go in to get a sale on your only day off, you could be rejected because the line is too long and they won't be able to get to you. You have to download a stupid smartphone app in order to reserve your time slot, which is very dumb. This place should switch to phone-only reservations and get rid of the dumb app.
- CACharlene ArandaNov 24, 20251.0today i went in to take my little brother to get his haircut and she sat him down and asked what we wanted and we told her and she said caught an attitude and said "your gonna need to go somewhere else to get this" she said she was not able to do a size zero when if you look in picture reviews that how low they go a SIZE ZERO and when the inspo pic i gave her was the same hair SHE CUT that sheDID. i onestly don't know why we went back she was super rude in the first booth and the last time we went was 3 months ago i highly dint recommend unless you want your day ruined and to be yelled at. Not once were we rude up until she was rude. i don’t know her name but she was in the first booth on the left when you walk in both times we went.
