I carefully explained that I wanted all the dead ends cut, layered and angled in a V shape with the point in the back. She said she understood. What I recieved was a chop job, not angled, not even and I still have dead ends. Looks and feels like she missed the middle of the back and just chopped the sides. Definitely one of the worst cuts I've ever had. The only good thing is that it will grow back.
