- LCLisa CitarellaAug 19, 20231.0In general this place has been fairly good for my daughter’s simple straight long hair (no layers). The last time she went in she was assigned Sherel to cut her hair. She specifically asked for 2 inches to be trimmed off and showed her with her fingers what she considered 2”. She told her she wanted to keep it long and just have the ends trimmed. Sherel cut off over 4 inches!!!! This is 8 months of hair growth. Needless to say we were very upset. Although 4-5” long clumps were laying on the floor, she denied cutting that much off. If you have long hair and want to keep it that way, I would recommend NOT having Sherel cut your hair.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
