The massage therapist Megan was top notch..world class.
However, the entire check in process was not great. There were 3 people trying to figure out how to dim the lights. My robe didn't fit. There was no shampoo in the 1 shower. Only 1 bathroom in the womens restroom meant a bit of a wait. Tea water was luke warm. Very disappointing that a therapeutic massage was an extra 30 dollars additional charge; have never seen that as a surcharge. Check out equally as painful using a gift card. $300 for a 60 minute massage is more than double what I pay for my normal monthly massage and I live in a very expensive city

Staff was not attentive. The amenities are lacking. Also the facilities are pretty dirty. Glasses in the relaxation room for drinks had gunk on them. Sheets had marks on them. And when I laid on the table face down I could just see dirt on the floor. Massage therapist did a great job. She made it worth it.

While i can't say there was anything wrong with the actual massage the experience was ruined by the constant trying to upsell you on things that should be free. Like the option of deep tissue being a $15, seriously I've been getting massages monthly for 20+ years and never seen someone charge more for this or an additional $25 for a scalp massage.
Seriously 4 times from the moment we arrived till we left they tried to upsell us on various items, or services
Not to mention the cost of the massage was 2 1/2 times typical market rate, and you're automatically charged a 20% gratuity. I have no problem tipping my therapist, but 20% no matter what type of job they do... smdh
Now i could understand if our therapists would have had decades of experience but literally the two young ladies who did our couples massage looked and acted like the just started in their carriers.
Seriously over $400 for a 60 minute couples massage ($40 in the above mentioned extras, $66 in gratuity, and $310 for massage) is over priced, especially given the experience level of the therapists.
My suggestion save the money and get a massage in Glenwood Springs for 1/3 the price with more options of therapists
