- SSShadrach SamsonMar 2, 20261.0EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, HORRIBLE SERVICE I used to come to this great clips regularly for last couple years and always had a good service, but never experienced a service like today, the hair stylist (Delilah) attitude was horrible she kept throwing things around and sounded too rude as though she didn’t want to cut my hair and kept yelling on the side. She kept brushing her equipment and was throwing the hair dust towards my face. Extremely rude behavior and she even destroyed my beard and my hair, she shaved a part of my beard and wasn’t even sorry about it. Never met anyone more annoying and arrogant than this person in my life. She has no idea how to talk to people especially since it’s a customer service job you’re providing, great clips need to be more careful on the people they hire. We all have some days where we’re not feeling good but that attitude shouldn’t be brought to your workplace. Definitely never going back to this location or any other great clips again.

I didn't notice until I washed my hair that it was very chopped up with a longer, thin layer on the bottom and heavy, short, chopped layers over it. I called Great Clips by Sprouts and went to see Delilah, who fixed my whole cut within 10 minutes! She was wonderful -- very careful not to cut my layers shorter, but evening out the layers and trimming the bottom layer up. I appreciated her kindness and her 30 years of experience!

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
