  I went here with my bridesmaids and family as part of my bachelorette party, and they were so lovely! We had a large group so made appointments ahead of time so they were prepared for us, and the timing/flow of services was great! My nails for my wedding are gorgeous and I could not have asked for a better experience!

  Today was my first time visit to Milano nails, and I have to say that I would not consider going anywhere else after today’s experience. Lee, did a fabulous job on my nails. The staff was attentive and friendly. I will be looking into additional services that they provide. I would strongly recommend this location on Baptist Road.

  The atmosphere and customer service is top notch! HOWEVER, my result was not worth the money I paid for my gel/American mani/pedi. I asked for American (said I was okay with French on my toes) and basically got a sloppy French mani/pedi (photos attached). The lines weren’t even, nails are bumpy, and it just doesn’t look like an American manicure. I never leave bad reviews and I feel bad because my tech and the staff were so sweet, but these nails just aren’t worth $140 and I don’t want anyone else making the same mistake.

  This was my first time here, normally I’m very skeptical about trying new places but I gave it a shot. I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles. I chose to get a pedicure and I was given one by Jordan. He is amazing. He made sure I was comfortable, and making sure the shape, color and the massage was good. I will 100% be coming back!

  I have been coming here every 2 weeks since the day of the grand opening in October. The first several visits were amazing. The last few have been the polar opposite. They constantly cut my cuticles with the drill. I have to ask for the basics like cuticle oil. I have booked with certain techs and been placed with someone different. This visit today was the last straw. I requested a pedicure and to soak off the acrylics on my nails and get a fresh set of acrylic overlay. My appointment was with Leigh. I agreed to anyone doing the pedicure. After having a very slow 30 minute start to the guy just removing my toe gel polish, I asked if could start soaking my nails. I was only expecting a bowl of acetone while I waited for the nail tech. Instead, a lady came over and started drilling off my gel nail polish immediately. She asked if i were getting them cut down. I said yes Leigh will trim them a little. I don’t use tips. My nails are real, just with an acrylic overlay. I do not like tips. She cut my nails down completely to the point where a tip would be necessary. I stopped her. She said well longer nails aren’t good because they are thin. I responded THESE ARE MY NAILS AND I WANT THEM THE WAY THAT I REQUESTED. It was unbelievable. Then she proceeded to say just get a gel manicure. She ruined my coffin shape. I’m 8 months pregnant and already not in the mood. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere. The man in charge came over and told her soak only and made her stop drilling. I told him that she cut my nails off. He didn’t even respond. Finally the nail tech that I had the appointment with came over and she understood exactly what happened and salvaged what she could. I’m livid. My right ring finger was broken and recently underwent surgery. I explained this to the first lady. It’s ok to be serviced now and had a splint but she needed to be careful. She was rough and ignored it. During all of this while now simultaneously getting my pedicure and nail set, acetone was wasted from the board in my lap. They didn’t have it secured properly so when the nail tech lifted her hand and I lifted mine it flipped over. So the pedi guy had put some dirty items in pedi bowl from the cleanup. Once he was done with my pedi he proceeded to put my feet in the dirty water with dirty utensils and gloves and items used for the clean up. The nail tech had to stop him and tell him not to do that and to rinse my feet with clean water. I’m so disappointed in this placed. I’m a loyal customer. But they are not loyal in their service. I paid full price and didn’t argue. The photos below are after the cut off and the pink are the exact nails that she cut off. You can see from my points accumulation that I’m a faithful customer.
