  I absolutely love this location. Always wonderful service and so kind. There have been many times I leave a nail salon not loving my nails and that absolutely never happens here. They test the color before they paint further. They dont make you feel bad if you change your mind or ask for something. I am so happy to have these guys right down the street from my house.

  The service is great and the people are nice . The place is clean and like new. But the prices are expensive and they charge for everything. Dip is 60 and you have to pay 30 for the manicure and if you are getting any polish or nails removed it’s an extra $10 even if you had the service done there . As much as I love this place the prices are hard to swallow

  Really love this place!! Instead of running to the Springs to my normal place, I wanted to give Milano a try. It didnt disappoint. It's beautiful inside and the service was great. Instead of acrylic which I usually get, they recommended the Builder which is better on nails and pretty hard since I am hard on my nails. I really like it and have gone back twice for fills! Really happy with the pedicures too! So repaxing. This is my new place to go. So happy they are here!

  Update to review : First off changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars for 2 reasons - 1) thank you to the staff reaching out and responding to my review. The response they have is very fair and appropriate. Thank you for hearing me as a customer. 2) I could have reached out management at the time and didn’t - fault on me. But that being said by the time everything had happen with the finger nails I honestly just wanted to be done. But not fair of me to not let them know in the moment. I will be reaching out to the management to discuss my experience to hopefully help all involve grow. Thank you for your response. Original Review : KEN WAS TERRIBLE! Went in with my FIL, my husband and myself. Was looking for mani/pedi for all 3 of us and a full set for myself. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because how good the ladies did for the boys. The two ladies who did the mani/pedis for my FIL & my husband did awesome. We did the top of the line pedis & manis. The ladies did a great top giving the boys the works. Gave them the whole 20 minutes of massage. They were attentive to the boys. Leandra is one of the from hostess - she was amazing! She always was smiling and was on top making sure we had drinks. Environment - super cramped. My FIL being 68 years old and 300 lbs trying to fit around the space is VERY hard. The mani section was almost impossible for my self at 140lbs to get into the area. They do have it lit very well which was very nice. Ken - I had him as my tech. He never asked shape of my toe nails I wanted, which was not rounded. I have one toe nail I usually have to have an acrylic nail on. I asked for that and was ignored. He showed me the timer for the massage portion to only be met with cleaning up his station, doing other things and then hardly actually did any time of massage. He did not scrape my heels at all which is left me leaving with super callous heels. The amount of paint he on my skin versus the actual nail was ridiculous. To the point 3 days later most of the polish was gone because it peeled off. I’m not sure what I really paid for. Went to do my portion of a mani / full set. Well Ken was in such a rush that he didn’t listen and started the mani. When I said I wanted a full set he began laughing & complaining to others around him about how full set doesn’t get a mani. Was I asked if would pay for everything - no. Because I was planning on walking out of there with a $400 bill for me alone. I was there to spoil myself for Christmas. So because he wasn’t happy that I asked for the set he was SO rough with me. He hurt me several times even after telling him several times. At one point he was actually burning my nail from filing it so rough. Also he ended up using acrylic when I asked him for dip. And because he did acrylic he just painted them which within 48 hours the polish had worn off on some parts and other parts are matted because the clear top wore off. KEN WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! So we won’t be coming back for the fact it is not easy to move around within the space. Ken has actually caused me to have nail issues now from filing until burning my nail. Was willing to spend the money but not to be treated so poorly. Pictures are from 48 hrs after having them done. You can clearly see the distortion and paint missing!! The nail salon on Briargate has constantly been night and day better than this place!

  I can’t say enough good things about Milano Nail Spa in Monument. This was one of those experiences that truly reminds you what great service should feel like. I came in for a manicure and pedicure for myself and my mother, who is in a wheelchair, and from the very beginning, the staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and accommodating. There was no awkwardness, no rushing, no sense that we were an inconvenience — just genuine care and professionalism. They made sure my mom was comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. That level of thoughtfulness isn’t always easy to find, and it immediately set the tone for our visit. The salon itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly relaxing. It doesn’t have the loud, chaotic energy you sometimes find in other nail salons where you feel rushed or treated like cattle. Instead, the atmosphere here is calm, welcoming, and peaceful — a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy the experience. My nail tech, Tina, was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, skilled, patient, and extremely attentive to detail. She checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and happy, and her work was impeccable. Both my manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and I left feeling polished, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. You can tell Tina takes real pride in her work and in the people she serves. Milano Nail Spa offers a full range of services, including: • Manicures and pedicures • Gel, acrylic, and dip powder nails • Nail enhancements and custom nail designs • Spa treatments for hands and feet • Waxing services • Lash services, including extensions and lash treatments Everything felt clean, professional, and thoughtfully done. Another huge bonus is the convenient location — it’s right near my house, which makes this an easy choice going forward. Between the quality of the work, the relaxing environment, and how beautifully they treated both me and my mother, this will absolutely be my new go-to salon. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent technical skill with genuine warmth and humanity. Milano Nail Spa does exactly that. If you’re looking for a salon that is clean, beautiful, relaxing, and truly treats people with care and respect, I highly recommend giving them a visit. Thank you to Tina and the entire Milano Nail Spa team for such a lovely experience. We will definitely be back.
