  I enjoyed a great gel manicure and very pleasant conversation with Kathy today. Thanks for a great way to end my work day. I will be requesting Kathy for my next visit. It was my first time at this location, the entire spa area was very well attended and clean!

  Outstanding pedicure by Veit. (I highly recommend their diamond pedicure.) It was very relaxing, and the foot and leg massage was extremely professional. I also had a royal manicure by Ken. My nails were perfectly filed, and the gel polish was precisely applied. Not one flaw. I will definitely be back. Excellent service from start to finish. A well deserved 5 star review.

  To the owner: LOVE how you changed everything once I called you out. Learn how to run a business maybe you’ll listen to that too. don’t even have the right person. Saying someone else’s full name on a review where they didn’t include it, is crazy! You better be glad it wasn’t actually mine. Everything you said doesn’t apply to me, from the name to the time, to the service. I did not have rhinestones, my nails were bare when I came in and I got a plain color for my service. I’m not even responding to everything else you said. Before you come back with snarky comments, make sure you actually know who you’re talking about. What a terrible shop this is. Definitely will not be back. I wanted almond shaped nails, $5 more for that. Not extra length, just natural looking. It’s literally a rounded nail I don’t understand why it’s $5 more, but that’s alright I ignored that. Every-time I go to a salon it takes about 45 minutes to about an hour. I’ve been getting my nails done at salons for nearly 10 years and have never had it take longer, at around an hour and a half I told her I needed to go. I can appreciate if they just take their time, and pay attention to detail. I wouldn’t have cared if it showed in the work but it didn't. I was cut 3 times, the nail shapes are wonky and I had to refile some, left over acrylic was left behind and around my nails. It was okay, wasn’t the worst experience but for $70, getting cut, and having to refill my nails/clean them up I think I’ll pass. I’m really disappointed because there’s so many good reviews. I’ll give them props they did ask me about my service before I left, but I had to go I was running late for something because it took nearly 2 hours. My normal girl moved and I’m in the process of finding a new salon, but it won’t be here.

  My girls and I went in for gel manicures today and it was so amazing! The quality of the manicures we got were top notch. My micro French tip is so perfect, my youngest daughter’s adorable valentines nail art is impeccable, and my oldest got gel extensions with pastel tips that are seriously to die for! UHMAZING! So big and clean and welcoming inside. Everyone was so lovely. We can’t wait to go back!

  Customer service was great and on point, but on my lord, my nails looked like I did them. I unfortunately spent $66.00 to get a full set acrylic. And my nails looked like I did them. I told the tech that I didn’t like the things I saw and blamed it on “ it’s just your finger” have tried to call the store to get a refund but they won’t answer me. I was pleased with the customer service but not the service done for me. I went to completely different salon same day to get my nails REDONE! What I asked for Vs what I got
