  Listen, I was really nerves coming into this place not because its new or anything of that reasoning. I just havent let anyone cut my hair in over 8+ years. I was greeted by two lovely people. I didnt even think to ask there names however I know it was the owners daughter and im assuming husband (sorry if im wrong). They were both awesome warm, and welcoming. The daughter and I talked while I wait for my turn. They offered water, and a cappuccino with a nice little cookie (delicious btw). My hair was done but the owner Maria and once I sat in the chair told her what I wanted and asked her opinion my nerves were gone. She was amazing. I went in wanting a long bob but walked out with something different. Maria listen to me told me her opinion on what she thought would look good and what wouldnt, which i love when they are honest! If your questioning this place don't, just go! You won't regret it. Has a very welcoming and homey feeling. I love my hair it came out amazing 👏. Already set another appointment. Great addition to Monument.

  Lovely salon!! My stylist, Debbie is the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable with color and cuts and does an incredible job on my hair. I have been going to Debbie since I moved here in 2019 and never once been disappointed… Run don’t walk to this salon 🩷

  Maria is hands down the best blonde stylist I have ever been to. My blonde always turns out flawless, and her haircuts are truly the best I’ve ever had — perfectly shaped and styled every single time. Beyond her talent, Maria is incredibly sweet and makes the entire experience so enjoyable. She genuinely cares about her clients and the health of their hair, and she uses amazing, high-quality products. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and obsessed with my hair. If you’re looking for a blonde expert who truly knows what she’s doing and makes you feel comfortable and taken care of, Maria is your girl. 💛✨

  I had an amazing experience at this salon from start to finish. The atmosphere is welcoming and stylish, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My stylist Debbie really listened to what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier service and beautiful results!

  I’ve been going to Maria since I moved to CO in 2019. I did a lot of research and chose her at the time primarily because she is a renowned master colorist and I had always been very serious about my color being perfect! Since then, I’ve had to stop coloring for health reasons - a severe allergy to a chemical in all hair color products. And Maria has been an amazing support! Initially, she helped me make a plan to grow out my grey in a way that ended up being beautiful at all stages. Through a combo of smart cuts, and one last balayage where no product touched my scalp or skin, she phased me in to my new grey life gorgeously. And she has continued to treat me like a valued customer despite the fact that my now “cut only” appointments cost a mere fraction of what I was spending with her before. I’ve never once felt less important as a client. And that says a lot. I’m also pretty choosy about cuts. And every time I move, I spend a lot of time finding someone who can cut my naturally curly hair in a way that falls right when I wear it natural AND looks good when I want to blow it out smooth. It’s no small feat to find someone who does this well. Maria has always made me look great whether I’ve wanted a shorter cut or as I’ve been growing it out this year. She’s a master of transitions and fresh looks. If you want your hair done right, she is the person to see. No, it will not cost you the same as at Cost Cutters. But you also will never walk out less than satisfied and probably well exceeding your hopes and expectations. Since moving here, I have followed Maria from place to place and driven 30+ minutes across COS to see her, because she is that good. I’m so excited she’s back near me on the north side again! And her new salon is beautiful. You won’t regret giving her a try.
