I would cringe when I’d go in because I’d get swarmed. It was beyond annoying. Let me browse in peace! Now… I dread going in because you can never find someone just to check you out. I have had to wander the store just to find someone to charge me for my shampoo/conditioner. Call me Goldilocks, I guess. Sephora is one extreme or the other. If it weren’t the only place I’ve been able to find K18 in stock, I’d shop elsewhere. I do not browse or linger in the store. Grab my K18 and start the long hunt for a cashier so I can leave. Positive feedback: The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly (whether it’s the stalker or the ghoster) and they’ve really scaled back on the high pressure credit card application questions.
