Yesterday when checking out with the girl with pink hair, I had a gift card and asked the cashier if she had anything to scratch it with and she rudely said no and offered zero help and things went downhill from there. I forget my sephora credit card and asked if she could look it up. Once again met with rude, unhelpful service. After I checked out, I spoke with the manager with lomg brown hair. She was just as rude and cared less about my complaint. People wonder why they are losing their jobs and stores closing, this was a perfect example. I can get the brands I bought at Ulta or Nordstroms, so no need to return to this location.
