Asked me how it looked without showing me the sides or back, took feedback and direction half ass. She didn't even show me the back after I told her she hadnt. My hair will survive but what kind of training did she get? Or does she just hate working with people? Also I showed her a picture ive been using for at least 4years and she didn't follow it. Im giving 3 stars because I dont expect alot from a great clips but ive certainly had better stylists than whoever this was. She seemed to keep everything symmetrical...which I dont care about since my hair doesn't act symmetrical anyway. But she did seem detailed oriented with her own process...Just absolutely not good with people

If I am wrong please correct me but I think I am simple. 3 on top zero high and tight blend. Last 2 times coming to this location same scenario,Young Lady named Opal I believe according to the receipt. The first time we had to get another Young lady to fix it because she took forever and was not doing a good job, the other lady came in and Listened to what I wanted and did it in less than 5 minutes. Today I ran into the same situation. I gave the young lady a chance since she witnessed how it was done and I noticed the same behavior, slow, insecure again , kept asking me how does is look and I kept saying I hope you are not done right... I kept explaining what I wanted and finally she offered to have her manager fix it, I said I don't really need your manager I honestly though my cut was simple but if she can come over that is fine. her manager was working with a different person and I did not want to bother anyone at this point I am embarrassed, I waited for the manager , It may be my imagination but she was taking her time to come over. Another client came asking for a haircut with the manager and I heard her saying to the client I am about to finish my shift ( as in I can't take you today) so I told the young lady just finish me up, I couldn't just stay there waiting to get my haircut fix. I Paid and left. Is not about the money it's is more about the convenience because I know things are expensive but your rates gone up alot but the quality and the experience did not improve , it does not even compare. My hair will grow again, ( I hope) but I am embarrassed to walk around with this haircut because I did not get want simple is that. I will sacrifice my convenience and try a different place where I can be simple again. That is really all I want.
