- SSsmlwonder71Mar 26, 20261.0This Great Clips opens at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:55. There were two people ahead of me. The doors didn’t open until 805 and the person that opened the doors reeked of a nasty attitude and he looked like he just got off the train from the circus. You could tell that he was not happy to see the customers at the door. I was the third to check in. I politely asked him, Are you the only stylist here today? He gave me the most nastiest look and said yeah, until the other person decides to show up. I said I don’t like your attitude. You can take me off the list. Probably not making an appointment first thing in the morning at this Great Clips would be in your best interest.

- GLG. LokenMar 13, 20261.0$26 for a trim.... That's insane. I go in after I make an online reservation. The stylist asked if I was the wrong person. I state who I was she says I'm not in the system. I show her that I'm checked in on my phone. They have an old incorrect phone number in the system. Which is somehow my fault. The stylist babbles on about how this person was in front of me and whatnot, which makes me think she doesn't want to take my business. She then babbles that I will be able to be seated and seen because there's two stylists. I came in to get my hair trimmed because I normally cut my own hair. But needed a little extra upkeep this last time. This woman goes on a tirade about how I shouldn't cut my own hair and how weird I looked meanwhile telling me about how she gets drunk in relevance to me commenting about how my wife had a sinus infection. Don't go here these people are insane and they will rip you off.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
