    Great place always stocked, and sales associate Kathryn aka Ryn is always soo knowledgeable in products and more! Every time I’ve gone with In with questions about product I need, she’s always so helpful in giving me options and is kind! The best customer service experience!

    The staff in there is always so helpful. Specifically the manager Angie. We spend a lot of money there and she takes good care of us doing her best to get us what we need!!! The store is always clean and staff are super friendly.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
