The most useless facade of a store. Tried telling me they didn’t have what was right in front of me bc for some reason they didn’t have the promotion that was advertised on the website. Got attitude as soon as I walked in and asked where the product was as well. I’d go anywhere else if I were you.

Very poor customer service. I was clearly the first person in the store and asked a simple question about product availability. The employee, Holly, then helped two other customers—one with a return and another with a purchase—while repeatedly saying she’d get back to me. She never did. I eventually left without being helped. Unacceptable experience.

I shopped at Sephora inside Kohl's at lone tree Colorado a few days ago. When I brought my items to the counter, I was treated with a small amount of polite customer service and no smile. When my coupon would not be applied, simply asked if I could possibly talk to a manager to see if it would work, I have had very nice conversations with ones that were working. She responded with " that's nice". Instead of taking up time, I decided to just pay the full amount. When she asked me if I would like a bag, I replied with the two words " yes please". After everything was rung up and the associates name was Holly, she put my items on the counter and looked at me. I asked her politely if I could please have my bag, and she responded with " you should have said something!" In a very condescending tone and with a very noticeable attitude both visibly as well as with the delivery of the statement. If someone asks if you would like a bag, which should be part of the checkout process anyways, maybe listening to the customer's response of asking and accepting that request would be beneficial for the situation. I have had great experiences and Kohl's itself, but will no longer be shopping at Sephora inside lone tree. I felt that I was being ignored, that I felt like I was a inconvenient transaction, and was treated with a very rude and offensive employee. If people choose to shop at this company, I recommend going to a different location, or trying to avoid the situation I had with Holly

There wasn’t a single employee in the entire store and no one at the register. Waited in line for 10 minutes like a fool waiting for someone to ring me up. No one ever came so I ditched my items and left.
