  I will be going back today!! I went yesterday to buy bath bombs for my kid and there was a sharp glass!!! Stuck inside that poke my son!! I spent over $40 and will be returning all of them I’m not going to take a chance!! LUSH YOU NEED TO TAKE THESE OFF AND NOT SELL THEM

  A big shout out to David! Stopped in at the store on Valentine’s Day for some much needed moisturizing face and body products. David was amazing! Greeted me as soon as I walked in, showed me the coconut body butter, Brazilian body butter and celestial moisturizer. David was so knowledgeable about the products. I purchased the body butter and moisturizer. Plus had to get a scrubby, of course!

  We always look forward to stepping into Lush and then instantly become the best kind of overwhelmed. David came to our rescue with his knowledge. He even knew what we wanted before we did and alhad our soap all wrapped up for us. Such a fun experience

  I love lush. They’re a staple in my bathroom and everyone knows it’s the only gift I want. I’ve never had a bad experience purchasing in a store (other than being hounded and asking if I need help finding anything every 2 seconds lol) until last week. Everyone there had an attitude? And they treated me like a burden. At one point I asked for a basket and the guy just goes “ok”. Then I wanted to ask if a scent they had in a scrub was available in anything else so I asked a lady and she looks at it and goes “huh, maybe but probably not” and hands it back to me. Fine cool no worries. Then at check out I presented a 10% off coupon I found in the store and the same guy goes “you can’t use this” So I say “ok no problem!” Him “never hurts to try” Me “lol yeah it’s no problem though” Him “we can’t accept it though” Me “yes. That’s ok” Him “I love how bold it was to ask though” Me weirded out at this point “ok?” Him “yeah these were from last week” Me “yeah it’s really not a big deal at all” Him “where did you get this from anyways?” Me “over there on the shelf” Him “oh yeah you can’t use it” And I just stopped replying at that point because I genuinely did not care at all and just wanted to leave. It was a pretty bizarre experience and I’m an anxious people pleaser so it made me leave thinking I did something wrong. I love the products but I’m never going into a store again. I will be online shopping from now on. I also noticed how many sale items were still available from Christmas so I must not be the only one not going to that storefront. But yeah. If you know the scents you like just shop online. You get points now too. They made me feel so awkward I didn’t even want to ask for a sample of anything so I didn’t even get what I go to the store for. On the bright side I only spent like 150$ this time instead of my usual 250$ cuz I was trying to get out of there ASAP 😂
