We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

Everyone was super pleasant and accommodating. Asked plenty if we were finding everything okay and humored my boy when he wanted to see multiple demos and try all the "try me's". One associate, Chris, was especially kind to us, really related, and got on my kid's level. He was even kind enough to send us away with extras. I was really sweet and heartwarming. We came in pretty close to closing time too, so it was especially nice to see the extra effort when we know the staff is tired with the holidays. Thanks Chris, and thanks Lush! 💚

- LLLing LingNov 5, 20253.0I love Lush, and Chris has always been very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, my experience with Emily has been disappointing and brought my rating down. During one visit, Chris was assisting me and stepped away for a moment. Emily approached and asked, “What are you trying?" I looked at her didnt answer her question so she could reflect on her approach. As an older customer, I found her approach lacking in courtesy. Later, I called the store to see if Chris the manager could hold a product for me since I live far away. Emily answered the phone, and when I mentioned Chris by name, she repeatedly said she “wasn’t allowed to talk about any employees.” I clarified that I only wanted to confirm if a product could be held, not discuss anyone personally. Instead of serving good customer service she made that redundant statement again. Overall, I appreciate Chris’s great service, but Emily’s lack of professionalism and poor communication made the experience frustrating. Lush products are wonderful.
