- GJGwendolyn Jacobs2 days ago1.0I purchased a product from the store a little over 30 days ago. I googled the return policy that said 30 days for refund or up to 60 days for exchange. That apparently is not the case. I showed the manager, Bianca, and she would not honor it. She said I could contact customer service, which I thought is what a manager was, but they would rather lose me as a customer. It is unfortunate because the staff here is always been very helpful. I will take my business elsewhere.
- MBMichael Barcus-GrayApr 4, 20263.0NORMALLY, I’m always treated very well at this Sephora. Always greeted kindly. Always asked if they can help. Never feel out of place. However, tonight, I stopped in. The girl acted like she didn’t want to help me. It’s fine. When I said I didn’t need help, she rolled her eyes and said “mmkay but we close in 4 minutes. Just so you know”. I understand, when you want to get closing duties done, you don’t want to be bothered. But, she could have said it in a much nicer way. I ended up asking wheee the Estée Lauder foundation was and she informed me you don’t sell it in store. That’s really dumb. I am sure she would’ve been nice had I not come in at 5 til close but that still doesn’t mean she should treat anyone condescendingly when they do.

I came in right when the store opened and she helped me create a brand new routine and was so welcoming & knowledgeable. I usually shop at ulta but my experience is gonna keep me at Sephora! (prices are so cheap on high-end/popular products too which shocked me!!)
