First time here and it was a wonderful experience. Preston was super knowledgeable and I love how he cut my hair. I will be back!

Rachel's facial was wonderful! She took my age into account, as well as what my profession is (fire & water restoration) before beginning the facial. She was also very careful to ask if I'm on certain medications that may affect my skin in conjunction with the specialty products she had lined up to use on me. I will definitely be back! 💜

Such an amazing, kind, and peaceful salon. I have been going to Preston for years, and I love being able to sit back and trust the process, and then walk out feeling refreshed and confident!

Update: I emailed them regarding their response to this review offering to fix my hair and they never responded. Okay, I want to be thorough with this because I don’t typically write negative reviews. First, the salon is beautiful, very clean and nice. The front desk staff and my hair stylist were very warm and kind people, I really enjoyed interacting with them all. I am however, really disappointed in my cut. I have really long 2C curly/ wavy hair and I knew going into it that my ends were really dry and needed to be cut off, so I’m not upset that she needed to take off 3-4 inches of hair. I am upset that she really didn’t listen to me with what I wanted at all and was kinda talking over me and “yadayadaing” the specifics of what I wanted. I asked for face framing that was long enough to tuck behind my ears for work, lots of texture in the back to keep my hair bouncy and curly, and that I ONLY wear my hair naturally curly and never straight. She proceeded to cut my hair as if I wore it straight+gave me a straight blow out. When I went home and wet my hair to wear it natural, it was horrifically choppy. She didn’t add really any texture to the back, so my curls are still really weighed down back there. But the main concern is that when I wear my hair natural (as I repeated several times I do) the front looks like stairs or grown out bangs. I don’t typically complain about this stuff, but now I need to go pay someone else more money to fix it when I was already charged $75+ 20% tip for this haircut. I’m sure the experience may be better if you don’t have curly hair, but I would avoid if you do. Or at the very least do more due diligence than I did on which stylist you go to if you have curls.
