  I went into your store looking for something particular, you did not carry it which is fine but the worker that I asked was so rude and not helpful at all when I asked since you don’t carry what I’m looking for what would you suggest for me and this lady or I should say girl did not go above or beyond to get my business try to upsell anything in your freaking store so I won’t be coming back to your store or any Sephora I just went online and bought what I was looking for, really too bad because I was really looking forward to having a great experience at Sephora

  Employees I encountered were very unfriendly would not come back. Positive side is they had the product I was looking for.

  Went in on Wednesday to buy Birthday gifts, During the weekend when I was putting gifts together I noticed a travel size perfume missing from the box, only the other size was in there, I went in to return it and I stated I wanted a refund, the cashier got a manager and then the manager said she was looking for a replacement, when I stated I didnt need s replacement as birthdays had passed already, The manager went and spoke to a different manager. So it felt as if no one wanted to refund. I got no apology for this experience, no nothing, I felt as if they insinuated I took the missing product. It made me feel like If I wouldve been a different race or looked differently I would of gotten better treatment. I’m a rogue member & have never returned anything with Sephora, this was the first and to be treated the way I was is not acceptable.

  Just left Sephora and couldn’t be happier with my experience! I found exactly what I was looking for, and then some 🙌 Emily, one of the beauty experts, helped me pick out a concealer and let me tell you, I am OBSESSED! I don’t know how I’ve been living without concealer all this time 😄 Emily was so gracious, patient, and kind. Her makeup looked flawless, so I instantly trusted her advice, and she did not disappoint. She was incredible, making sure I got to see what the shade looked like on my skin. She's knowledgeable, caring and I'm super grateful that she cleaned her brushes between customer uses and even used a separate one for each color match (thanks for doing that bc i cringe when people don't clean brushes) My experience was truly amazing!! Everyone at this Sephora location was helpful and friendly, but Emily made my whole day 😁 I walked out with some really neat products that are going to help me feel my absolute best. Thank you, Emily, and thank you, Sephora! 💄✨
