She cut the length to my shoulders like I wanted but I had to remind her that I also wanted layers. She gave me a few layers and she was done. I will not go back to the Broadway and Littleton store again. Not Satisfied with that location at all.

I asked if they had been busy and she quickly said "NO!" So I said maybe you'll develop a clientele list? She said "ya, hopefully. " It won't happen if you don't engage with your customers. They don't smile and welcome you in. All they ask is "did you check in on line?" I've been going to great clips since 2000. I was happy this place is so close to where I moved. I won't go back to this location. I will happily drive to the location I used to go to.
