I showed the stylist a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, but the result didn’t match what I requested — it seemed they followed their own or the same previous instructions. It’s disappointing because I was hoping for a fresh look, and I’ve heard similar feedback from a few of my friends as well. I believe the team can do better by taking more time to understand and deliver what customers are asking for. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall service and attention to customer preferences.
