- VGVictor GilbertDec 4, 20252.0So I had the displeasure of having a simple haircut at this establishment. I required just a simple shave of the lower part of my hair as I have a pony tail. This required a cliper and 3 min of effort. What I received was less. So, she did not get the trim line lines very well. No biggie the purpose was achieved. It was the slight of hand when checking out that really pissed me off. The 3 min cut cost $20, then I tipped $4. SO total $24 wright? NO, she then added a stylus tip of $6. for a total of $30. That was shady attempt at squeezing money out of a customer. I called back when I realized the shady move. I was told by stylus, ( we will call her "I") you can figure out who it is, that the additional tip would be removed. Key here is not the cost of the sheering of my head, it was more the shady attemp at charging me more and hiding behind a fake smile. I would avoid this place. Believe all the poor reviews from the past they are most likely true.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
