I had to stop the haircut before it was finished because my son was so upset at how he has being handled. The staff was rude and could not care less that it was my son's first time getting his hair cut. They insisted that I be separated from him since I was getting my haircut too and they were "really busy". Then they looked annoyed when my son starting crying, they did not slow down or give my son time to adjust or realize what was happening to him. They simply pressed on with the razors even though he was clearly and very extremely upset. I had to stop my haircut halfway and get up to tend to my son and pull him from his seat. They paid no attention to my son's experience getting his first haircut as a 15 month old, they only wanted to shove us in and out as quickly as possible. My son is still upset about his experience. Then they charged me full price for his haircut. This staff ruined what was supposed to be a special day for our family. I highly recommend to NOT bring your kids to this location.
