This location is literally the only place that gives me issues about it. She didn’t even want to see my license as another way to verify and had me leave without what I needed.

The lady asked if I was finding everything ok, I asked her if they had something I didn’t see on the shelf’s her response was “Uhm whatever we have is already out.” Don’t talk to the customers or ask if they need help if you are gonna be grouchy and rude. Will not be returning to this location EVER, and will tell everyone to stay clear of it.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
