- MBMariasha BunchNov 12, 20255.0I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage here and omg, it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I asked them to specifically focus on my shoulders, neck, and back because I was carrying a TON of tension and it led to cramping muscles, a sprained shoulder and pretty consistent headaches. They absolutely went above and beyond by spending almost the duration of the massage on my problem areas AND adding in different techniques to alleviate as much tension as possible. They got knots I didn’t even know I had to release! I came out of there feeling pain free for the first time in almost a month. The space is clean, relaxing, and the staff is professional, respectful and kind! The cherry on top is the prices. I’ve paid close to double the price for a massage elsewhere that wasn’t even half as good as the one I got here for under $100. Do yourself a favor and book here for some well deserved self care!

She did a deep tissue, hot stone, facial massage and steam. It was a chilly evening so this was all heavenly. I will definitely be going back... often!

They are explanatory and patient. They listen to the areas you ask to focus on and they dont rush at all. My partner and I feel so relaxed and much better than before. Both of us are chronically ill, and we feel at half our typical pain level. We will 100% be back. We live in the springs, and its *still* worth the drive. Very affordable compared to other spas and very welcoming!!! Their only problem is advertising(they dont seem to have much)
