- DWD'Arcy WeigelMar 15, 20261.0This place is ridiculous. I have been in the hospital for over 2 weeks now at Good Samaritan. My boyfriend went to grab me some slippers and I asked if he could grab a tinted moisturizer. I get a call from him and hear the associate in the background she “can’t” help him if she doesn’t know what I want. First of all, you’re useless, second of all when I tell him to ask where the travel sizes or trial sizes are ( usually by registers, and hear her say “we only deal with full sizes here” ) I’m in shock. If an associate can’t ask if I’m light or dark skin, and if I have any conditions to consider and make recommendations why are you there???!??? Absolutely pathetic service and I will no longer be shipping at this location, possibly no longer with kohls or Sephora.

They saw me for a good 10-15 minutes from an adjacent aisle as they continued their conversation about their personal lives and algorithm, refusing to make bare minimum eye contact. They didn’t ask if I needed help, kept side eyeing me, then offered help to a woman who walked in shortly after that. I left and took my holiday shopping to Ulta.

I always wait until Thursday to get my beauty supplies because Maizi and Rebecca work that day, and they're incredible. Not only helpful but just genuinely kind and beautiful people
