She also had a bit of an attitude, and didn't even clean off the lingering hair for him. Super disappointing!

The “stylist,” seemingly hungover, spent less than 8 minutes, and really care about the quality of her work. When I asked about the $13.95 deal, the manager, who really liked me 2 months ago, denied my request, because I didn’t have a coupon. This is the same manager that was telling me before, about low customer volume. She treated me then, as good manager’s do, with going the extra mile, hoping that I would return. I returned, she was not present. She returned, and defaulted into a rule-following,not concerned about her store’s volume issue. What could she have done, you should ask? Well, for starters, ask my name, and when I called her by her name, starts with ‘V,’ she could have asked if i might retrieve said coupon code. Of course! So, dearest manager, you pushed me to join those who will never return. Bad business, bad for company, bad for marketing, and bad for your store and career. I really hope that I receive a thoughtful and customer-focused response.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
