  I’ve had multiple massages at this location since it opened, and the experiences have ranged from excellent to extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the inconsistency alone makes it hard to trust. One massage in particular was unacceptable—the therapist made several inappropriate comments about my body, which made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. My most recent visit sealed the decision not to return. I called ahead to let them know my partner and I were running about 7 minutes late. While I understand that late arrivals can shorten a session, there was no communication about this beforehand. Instead, the therapist was rude and dismissive upon arrival, which set a negative tone from the start. To make matters worse, I was charged $70 as a cancellation/late fee despite showing up for the appointment. Between the poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and inconsistent quality, this place is simply not worth the price. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and respectful experience.

  Really easy, relaxing experience. They are on time, do a great job, and provide a great atmosphere. I am going to be considering a membership for certain.

  Tatiana did a wonderful job. The ambiance is perfect. Its the best massage overall that ive had.

  Consumer beware: I requested in November 2025 to put my account on pause for the holidays after I already pre-paid for my massage service in November 2025. However, the next day I was charged the monthly fee so I called to have the fee refunded & reminded the person that I had already requested to have the account placed on hold. The contract states you will not be charged if you prepaid for the services at your visit. The company charged my card anyway for November 2025 and December 2025. The young lady refunded the charge for November 2025 because I prepaid for my services at the time of checkout. The General Manager Tiffany refused to refund the charge because she stated they already refunded the Nov 2025 but here in lies the problem: I paid for November 2025 upon delivery of service since my massage appointment was before the withdrawal date for the monthly fee. In the contract this company has a clause that you can’t sue them, but Tiffany and her staff doesn’t comply with the contract they provide. There wasn’t a need to charge my card in November 2025 since I paid and to further charge my card in December since I requested for the account to be placed on hold. Tiffany is refusing to refund the charge based on false pretenses about what occurred in November 2025. I became a new customer in September 2025 and will not return as a customer, but other customers should know if you schedule a massage before the pull date you will get charged twice.
