Thank you for the manager contacting me & got me in with Ursula. She did great! I’m very picky & it was a great reset to my week. She knew where I had tightness from sitting down so much for my work & I felt all my needs met with the pressure. Hospitality was amazing. Can’t wait to visit again.

Consumer beware: I requested in November 2025 to put my account on pause for the holidays after I already pre-paid for my massage service in November 2025. However, the next day I was charged the monthly fee so I called to have the fee refunded & reminded the person that I had already requested to have the account placed on hold. The contract states you will not be charged if you prepaid for the services at your visit. The company charged my card anyway for November 2025 and December 2025. The young lady refunded the charge for November 2025 because I prepaid for my services at the time of checkout. The General Manager Tiffany refused to refund the charge because she stated they already refunded the Nov 2025 but here in lies the problem: I paid for November 2025 upon delivery of service since my massage appointment was before the withdrawal date for the monthly fee. In the contract this company has a clause that you can’t sue them, but Tiffany and her staff doesn’t comply with the contract they provide. There wasn’t a need to charge my card in November 2025 since I paid and to further charge my card in December since I requested for the account to be placed on hold. Tiffany is refusing to refund the charge based on false pretenses about what occurred in November 2025. I became a new customer in September 2025 and will not return as a customer, but other customers should know if you schedule a massage before the pull date you will get charged twice.

I went back to the now after management reach out to me to see about what I did not like. I did return and did a massage with Ursula. I highly recommend her. The massage was much better and I think more in line with the price. I basically told Ursula the same thing I told the other therapist so I am really not sure what happened the time before.
Original review: I really do not like to make bad reviews but I felt very strongly about this one. This is the second time I have been to the now.
The first time was last year. I liked the massage but there were a few issues I had. #1 it is very expensive, a 50 minute massage is $120. #2 I added on the scalp massage, thinking it was just that, an add on. However, what that really means is you pay an additional $10 for a 40 minute body massage and a 10 minute head massage. #3 it is one big room with curtains to separate massage areas, which would be fine if the room wasn’t so cold. However, I overlooked these things because the massage was good.
For Christmas I received a gift card so I made my way back. I still did the 50 minute for $120 but did no add ons hoping for more time on my back. When I got there the masseuse asked what I wanted to focus on I said my back mostly but would still like a little of the full body and that I like medium pressure. I did say, which I see now was my mistake, that maybe she could do medium to light on more sensitive areas. What proceeded to happen was 40 minutes dedicated to my legs and arms and 10 minutes on my back with the lightest pressure that sometimes I did not even notice she was touching me. I get anxiety and do not like to speak up with these things but about half way through I did ask her for more pressure and she said yes, but never increased the pressure. It feels like I spent $120 to be rubbed down and not get a massage. It is not that big of a deal, but when it is so expensive it is pretty annoying. I still tipped because I felt bad but I will probably not be going again.
