- RRRebekahAug 31, 20251.0Went in to drop off a return and they gave me a coupon for 10% off. I need some eye cream but had no idea what I was doing! Had several employees walk past me and look at me but none of them asked me if I needed help.one girl walked by with her face in her phone. Even walked past the counter and the girl standing at the counter saw me and walked away! Walked around for a few more minutes and gave my coupon to someone which I am guessing they give those out a lot but gave it to her anyway! If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible horrible customer service!!
