- JPJennifer Pickering4 days ago2.0Two stars because I could find what I needed myself. My husband and I went in tonight to stock up on several things though, but there was zero help. Another guy came back and yelled to get help (not cool, but I get it at this point with this customer service) We also wanted a cologne that was on display but they didn’t have it (many of the shelves and displays are empty or barely stocked)- okay… The lady with the turquoise and blonde hair went to check if they had it, but came back some time later seemingly shocked we had waited. They only could offer us a paper magazine sample at the check out. They advised us a few times to just buy online, so ya that’s what we’ll be doing. I’d hate to make someone actually have to work. Honestly, it wasn’t outright rudeness it was very much a tone of them not wanting any business. It was just weird. Honestly, just buy online or go to a different location that takes some pride in what they do.

Had several employees walk past me and look at me but none of them asked me if I needed help.one girl walked by with her face in her phone. Even walked past the counter and the girl standing at the counter saw me and walked away! Walked around for a few more minutes and gave my coupon to someone which I am guessing they give those out a lot but gave it to her anyway! If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible horrible customer service!!

She’s consistently kind, helpful, and just one of those people who genuinely brightens your day. The store is usually well-stocked with everything I need to restock, which I really appreciate. This will forever be my go-to Sephora!
