The lack of effort was obvious. I still left a $10 tip, but no customer should walk out feeling disrespected. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and management should address it.

We showed her a picture of what he was wanting and she proceeded to ask him questions about how long he wanted the top etc. He told her start short and we will see what looks best. She gave me and my brother both attitude. My brother said she pulled his hair and cut the top of his ear. The haircut turned out nothing like what he showed her and the back of his head had the stair step look. His sideburns were only half shaved off. Least to say it wasn’t worth the money or the time. Customer service was awful and the haircut was awful. Will mot be returning.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
