There are no bangs and I had to ask her to put more layers in. I still do not have the layers and now the hair is too short to get the cut I want. I lost almost 10 inches off my hair. I told her exactly what I wanted and showed this photo. I won’t be back. On the bright side The stylist was nice just did not pay attention to the photo obviously.

This time was not the same. I went in to get a haircut I've gotten from there multiple times. Before I even could finish telling the lady what I want or show her the pictures she snidely said to me oh sweetheart you can't have a bob because your size are shaved. If you want a rapport with your customers you should listen to them and let them tell you what they want before you cut them off and tell them they're not getting it. I walked out. I will not return to this location. I'm really disappointed in how y'all fallen. There was nobody in there and I'm not surprised. Do better or close down. Not only was she snide but she laughed at me. Incredibly disrespectful to be so condescending to your customers. Don't waste your money go get a haircut somewhere else. These ladies obviously don't care about the money they make they'd rather stand around and talk and smoke cigarettes all day.
