I don't remember the person's name but they had blondeish hair and blue eyes and was super rude and acted annoyed because of how I wanted my haircut. I can admit I can be picky when it comes to my hair and beard but because Im picky I always do a 50 dollar tip for the extra work but because of this person being rude and being unprofessional I only tipped 10 dollars . Well when it came to the haircut when I would say I wanted something fixed or changed she made a face and rolled her eyes like it was a problem then when we got to the beard I asked for it to be cut at a 2 and how I wanted it shaped well, it wasn't even on both sides so I asked her if she could make it even and the response was "ok im not a barber if you want your beard done go to a barber next time" so then I said ok fine then got to the register and it's veterans day so I asked for the veterans day discount and she said can I see proof I said sure one sec I have my DD214 saved on my phone let me pull it up for u well as I was pulling it up she said "you know what it doesn't matter" so then I just paid then Left. The other stylist I've had there have been great but after this experience I won't be coming back to this location. If it's to hard to cut hair and trim and shape a beard then you should find a new profession. If it wasn't for the good experiences I've had here with the other stylist there I would of rated this a 1.
