- CGChris GenereuxMar 1, 20261.0I got a haircut here 6 weeks ago and am still very frustrated and upset that the hairstylist intentionally messed up my part, and after 6 weeks of brushing, I still can't get my long hair to lay right and my hair is constantly in my face, a problem I didn't have until she intentionally messed up my part. Not sure exactly what happened but the hairstylist used a clip in my hair while cutting it and when she finished she said "now you can part it however you want" which I didn't realize what she meant at the time and at no point to I request or consent to her radically changing how my hair parts and lays. I'm extra pissed off that I even tipped her generously for intentionally messing up my hair during what I advised was an annual trim. I've had bad haircuts in my 5 decades alive but never one as frustrating on a daily basis so long after the fact as I received at this definitely not at all Great Clips.

- MMMichael McCollumDec 20, 20255.0Every time I go into get a haircut these girls are very professional and they are the kindest people I had went into get a haircut as I do every month and as I walked in there to get checked in and I heard one of the ladies reading what kind of haircut they did for this persons kid the last time they were in and instantly the little girl's father started getting mad and yelling anyhow I was very impressed how the GM handled the situation as this man was the aggressor she was trying to calm the situation as he was not trying to listen or her other than to yell his mind good job on handling that situation by the staff and I will always keep going back for a haircut from these nice women that do a awesome job at provided the best customer service in any situation

Won't be returning

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
