    Eh. Seems pricey for what you get. The overall atmosphere was nice, maybe a little busier than expected for a Wed morning but not something that is their "fault." Mostly I'm just disappointed in the massage itself. The guy I got wasn't the best, didn't do my arms at all which maybe I should have specified but have never had to before when getting a full body massage. I asked for increased pressure which didn't maintain long. My friend went and said her person had long nails that hurt her neck during that portion of the massage. Overall ok. Pricey.

    First time ever to spa. I got gift card for my bday. I'm 34 weeks pregnant so I did the mother to be package. The pedicure I had scheduled was switched because I had gel on my toes so she switched it to a gel pedi. Which all it was soaking my feet and taking off and putting on gel polish. No scrub no massage. This was my last pedicure before birth for $75 I'm disappointed. This was a special occasion as I don't get pampered often. As a pregnant woman I desperately needed the massage on my feet. I have had a difficult pregnancy. The massage was great. Wish it would've been explained that's what it was. I would've gotten a pedi elsewhere for that price.

    I was a returning customer after having what I felt was a wonderful experience last year. I decided to give it another go and this time was scheduled with another therapist. This time however my experience was a bit different and much more disappointing sadly. My time in the quiet room wasn't very quiet as the staff was explaining about the quiet room loudly kind of defeating the purpose. My time in the room was brief, the dehydrated fruit some of it was hard as a rock. And the chair alignment was different and I just fell overall it wasn't as wonderful and peaceful as it was last time. Then I had my therapy session which was upstairs this time and the room felt bare bones compared to the room I had last time. My therapist her energy unfortunately felt like she was having a bad day and it was getting taken out on me. I asked for a swedish gentle massage and instead there was nothing but a lot of pressure and pain. I asked repeatedly to have her ease up and it just wasn't happening. There were small aspects that felt okay to the massage but overall this was not relaxing to me and just felt like suffering sadly. The massage also didn't last I don't think the full time as well, and when we're paying this kind of money, you're expecting better. Overall based on this experience I am leery about going back sadly but I hope it returned to the better way it was before.

    First time vusit for me, and I have to say "what an awesome experience". Had a wonderful and relaxing pedicure. I just hate to walk on my PERFECT feet now. An experience that I can't explain. Abby was superb in her customer service, caring, and knowledge. It was so good that I made another appointment in a month. Cant wait. The service provided by Abby and all the folks I came in contact with were ALL awesome. Thank you to all and my kudos to Abby!

    My facial was absolutely perfect. Andrea is the best there is. My facial was amazing and the results phenomenal but even more so was getting to spend time with such an awesome human being. She makes you feel so special and I just can’t say enough good about her. From the minute you walk in, you are treated so well. Heavenly!

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
