I checked in online under my correctly spelled name — Daine — but the older woman at the counter read it as “Diane.” I politely corrected her, yet she still changed it in the system anyway. When I asked about it, she acted as if she hadn’t done it on purpose, but it was obvious she had — a petty move after being corrected for misreading my name. I made it clear I didn’t want her cutting my hair after that kind of behavior. Instead of showing professionalism, the next stylist started packing up and closing out as if the shop was done for the day. The entire experience was childish, passive-aggressive, and showed zero respect for customers. If this is the type of attitude Great Clips allows from their employees, it says everything about the current state of this location. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually treats people with basic decency.
