- ERemiliya rastogor1 day ago1.0I had come in for a cut and layers and left very unpleased, the lady that cut my hair initially showed me how much she was gonna cut and I was okay with it, but once i had gotten home I realized that she had cut it MUCH shorter than she showed me she was going to when I was in her chair. I had also gotten layers and once I got home also realized how choppy it looked. I had called and said I was displeased with how it looked and wanted a refund. The hairstylist told me that it “looked choppy because of how much color was in my hair” I still demanded a refund and she told me to come in to get the refund because her manager had to do it for her. I came in to get my refund and was told that they cannot give refunds, the manager sent me on my way and told me she would give me a call. she gave me a call about an hour later telling me that after reviewing the store camera footage they werent gonna give me a refund but that they could give me a free haircut… I will not be returning there and I expressed that they could put it under my moms name because I will never return there and they said that they will not give me mom a cree haircut and that giving it to me is all that they can do. I am very disappointed
