- CVCindy Vigesaa2 days ago4.0I booked three appointments for myself my daughter and my mother-in-law were facials. Well. This staff were very nice and professional. The cost is a little bit high but really enjoyed the service. A couple of things though. First, it is very hard to figure out which is the door to the building. There are two big front doors with a big sign in front of them that are locked. There is no sign pointing to another entrance. There is a small entrance on the side of the building with a small wooden door. This is actually the entrance you are supposed to use. Better signage would be helpful. Second of all, parking in this area is really hard and the spa does nothing to help us with that. Thoroughly most of the treatment rooms are on the bottom floor. My mother-in-law, although mobile, have recently fallen and broken her arm and we don't want her to fall again, so we asked to use the elevator. This became a huge ordeal. First of all, most of the staff don't know where the elevator is or how to get to it. Once we figure that out then they had to use a special key to get us up and down the elevator. Then when we were done and was time to leave they forgot that we needed the elevator to go back up and we had to make a special request to have someone come use the elevator to go back upstairs again.

It's the perfect space for our group of executive women to collaborate and unwind! Their staff is incredible, from the coordination of the event to providing relaxing services, our women leave feeling pampered and cared for. We are so very grateful for this incredible team and overall experience!

The spa is so calm. Very nice waiting area. My friend and I met there after her services were done. We sat and chatted for an hour, no one rushed us, we just visited and enjoyed the calmness after the massage and her facial. We’re already talking about our next visit

For the prices they charged I was expecting a really nice foot massage and was sorely disappointed. Everyone was super nice and professional, it was just utterly disappointing, I have had better foot massages at a mall nail salon. I would say don't waste your money on a pedicure, opt for a different service.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As part of your experience with us, you will receive confirmation of your reservation prior to arrival. Should you need to adjust your plans, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For spa packages and multiple treatments exceeding two hours, 48 hours’ notice is appreciated to best accommodate our guests and team.

Changes made without the requested notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a charge of up to the full value of the services reserved. Spa Parties are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in their agreement.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake
form). Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the entirety of the performed service(s)
and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room,
and Retail/Lobby area. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not
perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen: • Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs,
wraps) • Peel-based skincare services • Bikini or Brazilian waxes • Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service.
We recommend calling our spa directly to book for minors to ensure the highest quality experience.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
