  I had a pretty uncomfortable experience at this Great Clips location on Prospect and Lemay. When I first arrived, I was told the wait would be around 20 minutes, but it ended up being closer to an hour. There were only two people ahead of me, and it felt like each time a haircut was finished, the staff took their time instead of moving on to the next customer. That made the delay especially frustrating. After my haircut, I asked a simple question to confirm that my payment went through. The stylist confirmed it did, but immediately pointed out that there was no tip. I responded by clarifying that the payment was completed and that we were good. However, she brought up the lack of a tip again—multiple times—which made the situation very awkward. It felt like I was being pressured or guilted into tipping, which I don’t think is appropriate. Tipping should be based on service and left up to the customer, not something that’s repeatedly mentioned or argued about. On top of that, the overall experience felt rushed and somewhat disengaged, which made the repeated comments about tipping even more uncomfortable. I understand that tips are appreciated in this industry, but professionalism matters. Customers shouldn’t feel pressured or put on the spot over something that is optional. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on what should be a straightforward and comfortable experience.

  Rhonda is my go to whenever I want my haircut and is truly the only person I want to even touch my hair with a cutting instrument!! She isn’t afraid to give this ole gal a modern mullet cut when others have tried to get me to change my mind. My coworkers are always complimenting me on my hairstyle and asking who and where I get it cut. I’m not afraid to share that info lol as long as I can still get in to see her :) Thank you Rhonda for always giving me such a great cut you are my one and only hairstylist!!

  The lady there completely ruined it for me trying to get a cut they where rude the didn’t act like they even wanted to be there the lady at the front desk nice but.. I had to leave and there was one other customer that left too

  They are taking clippers from people other employees without permission the energy is bad. The lady I checked in with gave me attitude because it’s my first time… I didn’t realize it was a problem
