The staff were attentive about offering drinks throughout the visit, which added a nice touch. The spa elements incorporated into the nail service were very relaxing, and I especially loved trying the Dazzle Dry polish for the first time — I was honestly impressed with the finish and how quickly it dried. There were, however, a few parts of the experience that fell short of what I expect from an upscale spa. As a first-time guest, I would have appreciated a quick orientation or brief tour so I knew where everything was, including restrooms; instead, I found myself a little lost at the end of my appointment. I was also offered a neck wrap but never actually received one. When checking out, no one asked how my service was — the only question I was asked was whether I wanted to schedule my next visit. Additionally, during the service, I asked my nail technician whether her cuticle nipper might be dull because it felt like my cuticles were being pulled rather than trimmed. After that question, the interaction became noticeably awkward, which made the rest of the service uncomfortable. Overall, I left with mixed feelings about my visit. Woodhouse Spa positions itself as an upscale, guest-focused experience, and while parts of my service reflected that, a bit more warmth, attention to detail, and customer-care follow-through would have made a big difference.

I was so relaxed that I felt like I was floating and the muscle soreness I had been experiencing prior to my massage has completely disappeared. Miranda also showed me some beneficial stretches that will certainly help. And I had a wonderful facial by Tiffany! Tiffany is so good at advising what is best for your skin, a unique blend of quality products and her expertise make for a phenomenal experience. ✨️ My skin is glowing, and feels perfect. Thank you Miranda and Tiffany for a wonderful day, I look forward to seeing you both soon! Upon arriving, the concierge ,Iliana & Kristin.,where very warm & welcoming on arrival . Iliana led me to women's locker/ dressing room,with warm neck wrap rob & slippers . Visually besautiful, warm ascetic with lit candles all around,fireplace,warm blanket ,soft plush lounging bed in relaxing room,beverage & treats all set the mood and made the ambiance feel fabulous. My therapist ,Clara, greeted me and lead me to massage room,I was extremely satisfied, expectations where above & beyond amazing care and thorough,peaceful setting in room,music,oils,hands like an artist and perfect pressure was heavily!! Iliana was right there to guide me to prepare for my therapy sauna session. as well afterwards. Top tier experience at this spa,would highly recommend. Everything from the ambiance to Iliana & Kristin , the thoroughness in making me feel welcomed & comfortable, my therapist Clara, who was absolutely amazing and has the experience of twenty years and it showed,with her magic hands! Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake
form). Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the entirety of the performed service(s)
and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room,
and Retail/Lobby area. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not
perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen: • Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs,
wraps) • Peel-based skincare services • Bikini or Brazilian waxes • Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service.
We recommend calling our spa directly to book for minors to ensure the highest quality experience.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
