Unfortunately I forgot the name of my massage therapist but she was incredible. After the massage there was a nice gap to rest in the upgraded community room. It had teas, coffees, snacks, little day beds to relax while you wait for your next service. Tiffany was my esthetician for my Hydrafacial Classic. She was really genuine and helpful, I felt like she was there to make a positive impact on my day and of course my skin. My skin wasn’t cherry red after the facial which was amazing, but the texture of my skin is buttery smooth. Tiffany explained each process of the facial, relaxing and informative. I do wish I lived closer but anytime I am near I will definitely try to schedule a facial. My friend was sold on the spa after one visit and signed up for a membership! Thanks for the great services!

My husband and I regularly come here for facials and massages, and we’re club members, which has been a great experience overall. The perks are genuinely nice—access to the relaxation room and sauna, discounts on additional services, and savings on skincare products in the shop. The space is calm, beautiful, and consistently delivers on massage and facial quality. The one area that’s been frustrating for me is nail services. Scheduling for nail techs feels really limited and poorly planned. On more than one occasion, there’s only been a single tech available, which makes it almost impossible to book a nail appointment with a friend. If you’re hoping to come with two people, it often just can’t happen, and plans fall apart. It’s happened to me twice now, and it’s disappointing given how strong the rest of the spa experience is. I truly love this place and will continue coming back for massages and facials, but I do wish they’d either invest more in nail staffing or be more thoughtful about how that service is offered.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As part of your experience with us, you will receive confirmation of your reservation prior to arrival. Should you need to adjust your plans, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For spa packages and multiple treatments exceeding two hours, 48 hours’ notice is appreciated to best accommodate our guests and team.

Changes made without the requested notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a charge of up to the full value of the services reserved. Spa Parties are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in their agreement.
Spa Requirements
Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake
form). Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the entirety of the performed service(s)
and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room,
and Retail/Lobby area. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not
perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen: • Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs,
wraps) • Peel-based skincare services • Bikini or Brazilian waxes • Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited service.
We recommend calling our spa directly to book for minors to ensure the highest quality experience.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
